Wholesale Terms & Conditions

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

The minimum wholesale order is $50 USD/ $100 Retail Value. 

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

The minimum order quantity for our in stock hair tie packages is 3 per style. The minimum order quantity for pick your own color packages are 10 per color style.

WHOLESALE PRICING

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Buyer will be charged exact shipping. For international buyers, any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS

We do not currently accept returns on wholesale orders. If there is a problem with your order please contact us at ashley@topknotchicago.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

PAYMENTS

All orders are charged at the time they are placed. Net30 is not accepted at this time. Top Knot Chicago accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal.

REWARDS

Wholesale orders are not eligible for our "knots" rewards program. Any "knots" collected from wholesale orders will be deducted from your balance and cannot be redeemed on wholesale orders. 

SHIPPING

Orders ship from our studio in Chicago, IL. Shipping is not included in the wholesale prices listed but will be added to your total at checkout. Unless other arrangements have been made, orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Only wholesale orders over $100 qualify for free shipping use code Wholesale100. Thank you for understanding the free shipping bar for $25 orders are for retail orders only. If you use this discount on orders under $100 your order will not ship until you pay the shipping cost. 

CONSIGNMENT

At this time Top Knot Chicago does not accept consignment orders. We would be happy to send a sample if you would like to see the quality of our products before placing your wholesale order.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTS

Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Please report damages or defective merchandise within three days of receipt. Note that refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred.

TURN-AROUND TIME

We aim to fill and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 1 week from the time of your order until shipment unless otherwise communicated. If for any reason we expect a delay with your order you will be notified immediately.

HOUSEKEEPING

Display and Packaging - All Top Knot Chicago products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. 

Exclusivity - Top Knot Chicago is committed to growing and to helping grow the businesses of our retail partners. For that reason, Top Knot Chicago does not offer exclusivity agreements.

Online retailers carrying Top Knot Chicago products are required to include the Top Knot Chicago name in the product title or in the product description. Our product and lifestyle images can only specifically be used to promote our products. Once you are approved as an online retailer, you may only sell on the URL that is submitted and approved through your wholesale application. Retailers may not utilize third party selling platforms, including but not limited to Amazon.com, Ebay.com, ETSY, etc. Failure to comply will result in your wholesale status being revoked.
