When will my order ship? Non-custom/ in stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Orders with customized items and favors will ship in 3-5 business days. 

Can I rush my order? Possibly! Please send an inquiry to ashley@topknotchicago.com to inquire about rush availability and pricing. 

Do you offer bulk discounts? Yes, bulk discounts are available for most items. Please send an inquiry to ashley@topknotchicago.com with the amount of merchandise you're purchasing. 

Can I buy wholesale from Top Knot Chicago? Yes! Wholesale inquiries are welcome and we have password protected section for wholesale ordering. Please fill out our wholesale application here and we will be in touch. 

What is your return policy? Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are accepted with the following guidelines:

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders 

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Help! I haven't received my order, what should I do? All orders are shipped with USPS tracking numbers. While Top Knot Chicago is not responsible for delays that occur during transit, we are here to help you locate your package. Please email ashley@topknotchicago.com with your order and tracking number so that we can further assist you! Orders considered "lost" by USPS will be resent. Once a package is marked as delivered to the provided address, refunds cannot be issued.
